We've got a perfectly good scan of Kabumpo in Oz to transcribe from, but https://www.loc.gov/resource/dcmsiabooks.kabumpoinoz00thom/?st=gallery has unbelievably sharp and flat image scans.--Prosfilaes (talk) 02:08, 18 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Many later Oz books she wrote weren't renewed, but I think there is complex questions of what's derivative of what.--Prosfilaes (talk) 01:15, 3 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, looking into it the titles published from 1935-1939 were not renewed. The last renewed book was 1934's Speedy in Oz. I think these 1935-1939 books are all considered derivatives of her previous works, so we shouldn't upload scans of them until 2030 when Speedy is no longer under copyright. Thompson's two books from the 1970s are a much different story since renewals were automatic, and both of them had proper notices (see here and here). Those are under copyright much longer.
