St. Mary Hall, matric. 1 Dec., 1868, aged 29, B.A. 1871; M.A. from Christ Church 1875, chaplain Ceylon 1863-8, rector of March-Baldon, Oxon, 1872-5, vicar of Chilvers Coton, co. Warwick, 1883-7, rector of Witherby 1887, assumed the additional name of Taswell.
