Roberts, John, s. Henry, of St David's, co. Pembroke, pleb. Jesus Coll., matric. 1 Nov., 1746, aged 16; B.A. from Brasenose Coll. 1750, M.A. 1753, rector of Llanbedrog in Lyne, co. Carnarvon, and vicar of Llanrhaiader, co. Denbigh, 1776, rector of Llantrissant, Anglesey, 1785, archdeacon of Merioneth 1785, until his death in 1802.
