Reynolds, Henry Revell, s. John, of Laxton, Notts, gent. Lincoln Coll., matric. 17 March, 1763, aged 17; B.Med. from Trinity Coll., Cambridge, 1768, D.Med. 1773, physician to Middlesex Hospital 1773-7, and to St. Thomas's Hospital, fellow College of Physicians 1774, physician extraordinary to George III. 1797, and physician in ordinary 1806, until his death 22 Oct., 1811.
