Polwhele, Richard, s. Thomas, of Truro, Cornwall, arm. Christ Church, matric. 3 March, 1778, aged 18; of Polwhele, Cornwall, the Cornish antiquary and historian, curate of Kenton 1782, vicar of Manaccan 1704, of Anthony 1809, and of Newlyn, a deputy warden of the Stannaries, author of the 'History of Cornwall,' and also of the 'History of Devonshire,' died March, 1838.
