Perkins, Frederick David, s. John David, of Heavitree, Devon, doctor. Brasenose Coll., matric. 25 May, 1810, aged 17; B.A. 1814, M.A. 1825, vicar of Stoke with Sowe, co. Warwick, 1817, rector of Swayfield, co. Lincoln, 1820, and Down Hatherley, co. Gloucester, 1827, chaplain to the King and Queen 1830, until his death 19 April, 1856. See Eton School Lists.
