Parsons, James, s. James, of Cirencester, co. Gloucester, cler. Wadham Coll., matric. 16 Dec., 1777, aged 15, B.A. 1781, M.A. 1786; B.D. from St. Alban Hall 1815, and vice-principal, perp. curate Newnham and Little Dean, co. Gloucester, 1800, until his death 6 April, 1847.
