Oswald, James Townsend, s. James, of Kirkcaldy, Scotland, arm. St. Mary Hall, matric. 17 Not., 1766, aged 18; of Dunnikier, co. Fife, M.P. Kirkcaldy burghs 1768-74. Fifeshire 1776-9, secretary of Leeward Islands 1772, auditor of the Exchequer in Scotland 1779, died in 1813. See Foster's Scots M.P.'s.
