Newmarch, Oliver Richardson (c.s.i.), 4s. Henry, of Cawnpore, East Indies, arm. Merton Coll., matric. 27 May, 1853, aged 18; postmaster 1853-4, born 31 Oct, 1834, major-general, retired as colonel Bengal Staff Corps 1887, C.S.I. 1887, served with Agra brigade in 1857, assistant-secretary 1870-5, and accountant-general 1878 to military department, government of India.
