Morland, Sir Scrope Bernard, Bart., s. Francis Bernard, of New Jersey, America, baronet. Christ Church, matric. 13 April, 1775, aged 16; B.A. 1779, M.A. 1781, D.C.L. 1788, 4th baronet, M.P. Aylesbury 1789-1801, St. Mawes 1806-8, 1809-30, gentleman usher of the black rod Ireland 1787, under secretary State home department 1792, assumed the additional surname and arms of Tyrringham by royal licence 8 May, 1789, and also by royal licence 15 Feb., 1811, the additional surname of Morland, died 18 April, 1830.
