Masters, Allan Smith, 1s. William Cowburn, of St. Pancras, Middlesex, arm. Exeter Coll., matric. 17 May, 1838, aged 18; scholar 1840-4, B.A. 1842, M.A. 1844, of Camer, Kent, assumed the surnames of Smith-Masters in lieu of his patronymic 1862, rector of Humber, co. Hereford, 1844-55, vicar of Tidenham, co. Gloucester, 1855-62, died 8 Oct., 1875. See Coll. Reg., 253.
