Alley, Jerome, Rev., a minor poet and author, was born in 1760. He was educated and took his degree in Trinity College. He was Rector of Drumcar in the diocese of Armagh, and was the author of several poems and pamphlets. In 1826, shortly before his death, he published a work upon the various religions of the world. ^{[1] [2]}
